Civic, Military and Government

Civic Building Experience:

Flandreau City Hall Shop Addition, Flandreau, SD:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for the shop addition to the existing city hall and a remodel of the existing shop area.    The project included approximately 10,000 square feet to the existing 10,000 square foot building.  The project is currently under construction.

Pipestone County EMS Building, Pipestone, MN:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for a new Emergency Management System Building that included office, training room and vehicle storage.  The mechanical systems included gas fired boilers and DX cooling.  The building was approximately 10,000 square feet and was completed in 2007. 

Marshall Public Transit Office, Marshall, MN:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for a new public transit building.  The building included offices and vehicle storage and covered approximately 12,000 square feet.  The project was completed in 2007.

Yankton County Offices, Yankton, SD*:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for a new county office building for the city of Yankton.  The building included the various county departments and the county board meeting room.  The building utilized an energy efficient central VAV system with gas fired boilers and perimeter heat.  The building is 3 stories, with approximately 24,000 square feet.

 

Military Experience:

Pipestone Armory, MN Army National Guard, Heating System Upgrade, Pipestone, MN*:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for an upgrade to the heating system throughout the building.  The project consisted of replacing the existing boilers and adding propane tanks as a secondary fuel source for the armory.  The project also included the upgrading of all the terminal heating equipment throughout the building and upgrading the associated temperature controls.

Luverne Armory, MN Army National Guard, Heating System Upgrade, Luverne, MN*:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for an upgrade to the heating system throughout the building.  The project consisted of replacing the existing boilers and adding a fuel oil tank as a secondary fuel source for the armory.  The project also included the upgrading of all the terminal heating equipment throughout the building and upgrading the associated temperature controls.

Madison Armory, MN Army National Guard, Heating System Upgrade, Madison, MN*:   Todd was in responsible charge of the mechanical engineering for an upgrade to the heating system throughout the building.  The project consisted of replacing the existing boilers and adding an underground fuel oil tank as a secondary fuel source for the armory.  The project also included the upgrading of all the terminal heating equipment throughout the building and upgrading the associated temperature controls.
